Hi, I’m Claud Mottolini. Based in Perth, with a skittish cat called Luna, and an absurd fluff ball of a rabbit called Brownie – we make up the tiny team that is Needlebird Creative.

Needlebird Creative is a digital design consultancy providing advice and solutions with a focus of Universal Design. So, what is “Universal Design”? Universal Design focuses on accessibility and easy navigation for User Experience (UX). It makes digital spaces accessible to everyone. No matter your age, ability, race, creed, sexuality, or culture.

With a strong moral streak I'm a bit of a social justice warrior. I'm a quiet achiever who's chatty and personable, and I believe in the power of positivity. Working in Universal Design allows me to make a tangible difference in a diverse world.

Claud is a member of the Centre for Universal Design (Australia) and the Design Institute of Australia.
